Matvin Group developed a Z Energy on Hibiscus Coast Highway, one of the busiest on the North Shore with exposure to 35,000 vehicles a day. The 24-hour fuel station and retail outlet was built by Cassidy Construction, and anchored a 9-lot subdivision while providing support to the surrounding commercial and residential developments. The $3m build was completed in six months.
