Vantage Point

The Vantage Point development is a mixed commercial trade centre on East Coast Road in Silverdale, positioned as a buffer between the industrial zone of Silverdale and the newly zoned residential area. Matvin Group developed the 9,770m² subdivision into 20 retail and office units ranging in size from 100m² to 500m². Vantage Point was developed in two stages and completed over a four year period.
