Northern Specialist Centre

The Northern Specialist Centre is part of the Matvin Group’s wider, master-planned, Hibiscus Coast subdivision. Situated on a prime 2,900m² site in Silverdale, the 3,800m² facility will be completed in 2023. It houses specialist healthcare providers servicing the high-growth area of Rodney, including an increasing number of retirement and aged-care developments in the region.
